RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, contact validedge.se@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return instructions will be provided by email.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items should be returned in as close to their original condition as possible, including packaging and accessories. If an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made for loss in value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact validedge.se@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For approved claims, VALID EDGE will cover the necessary return costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product or size.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
